We zijn op zoek naar een Agile Coach die de Change & Run delivery teams zal begeleiden bij de implementatie van Transversal Change & Run op teamniveau, waarbij we de Scrum methodologie toepassen en een sterke feedback
- en samenwerkingscultuur ontwikkelen.
De agile coach is finaal verantwoordelijk voor de uitrol van de agile methodologie binnen de delivery teams van één of meerdere portfolio’s. Hij/zij fungeert als coach en ondersteunt de teams in de ontwikkeling, en toepassing van de new way of working (agile practices) gericht op het verhogen van voorspelbaarheid, en waakt er over dat de agile waarden en principes via gedragingen ingang vinden in de organisatie. Hij/zij ontwikkelt daarvoor mee de tools voor opvolging daarvan, en staat in voor de verdere evolutie.
Hij/zij bevordert dmv training en coaching een effectieve en transparante samenwerking binnen & tussen teams en stelt het team in staat om betere resultaten en oplossingen te zoeken.
Hij /zij werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de product owner en de solution architect enerzijds en met de delivery teams anderzijds.
De agile coach begeleidt op deze manier de teams naar zelfsturing voor het bereiken van hun doelstellingen.

Je taken

Het opstellen van een transformatie -en implementatieplan (tactisch) om een new way of working voor de toegewezen teams te bekomen, in samenspraak met de enterprise agile coach. Geeft richting voor de uitrol van de agile way of working in de portfolio’s en volgt deze uitrol actief op. Bewaakt de te bereiken milestones en volgt de evolutie op van de teams naar zelfsturende teams die gedreven worden door waardecreatie. Ziet erop toe dat een coherente agile model binnen de organisatie wordt uitgerold.
- Zich eigen maken van de vise en de strategie voor de agile new way of working binnen P&V
- Samen met de Enterprise agile coach en de collega’s binnen de portfolio de implementatie aanpak bepalen voor de toegewezen teams
- Het implementatieplan vertalen naar een roadmap voor de verschillende teams
- Betrokkenheid creëren bij de product owner & solution architect voor de uitrol van de roadmap
- Het identificeren van eventuele weerstand en input geven aan de Enterprise agile coach/change manager voor trainings -en communicatienoden binnen de teams
- Optreden als een ‘trusted advisor’ voor de product owners, solution architects en andere teamleaden.

Verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden en trainen van teams in agile methodologieën & practices.

Verantwoordelijk voor het formuleren van bijkomende en/of specifieke opleidingsnoden voor de teams waar hij/zij mee werkt. Het vertalen van deze noden in samenwerking met de Enterprise Agile coach naar een opleidingstraject en dit opvolgen binnen de betrokken teams. Verantwoordelijk de opstart van de competence circles en in een latere fase voor de brugfunctie naar de competence circles
- Creëren en opstellen van een trainingsplan voor teams zodat teams over voldoende kennis beschikken van agile methodologie
- Bepalen van trainingsnoden in functie van de maturiteit van teams en individuen en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Vertaalt trainingsnoden in gerichte acties om tot het gewenste resultaats - of kennisniveau te komen.
- Het opzetten van workshops
- Geeft input aan de competence circles om verdere competentieontwikkeling van de teams te bevorderen
- Het opstarten van en leiden van de competence circles om een de teams te begeleiden in hun verdere ontwikkelen.
- Draagt in een latere fase de leiding van de competence circles over naar de teams zelf

Verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van de delivery teams. Verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van leidinggevenden (in groep of op individueel niveau) om het gewenste niveau van agile gedragingen en mindset te bekomen.
- Aanwezig zijn voor het delivery team
- Deelnemen aan team ceremonieën met gerichte coaching feedback zodat de teams verder ontwikkelen
- Opvolgen en evalueren van het gewenste niveau van agile praktijken en gedragingen.
- Beschikbaar zijn om op korte termijn de teams bij de staan voor hun vragen over de methodologie en de manier van samenwerken.
- Kanaliseert weerstand en brengt belemmerende factoren in kaart en maakt deze bespreekbaar
- Stelt het team in staat om inzicht te krijgen in hun performance en gepaste acties te laten nemen

Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van goede relaties met de belangrijkste stakeholders van de toegewezen teams. Zorgt voor betrokkenheid en samenwerking van de relevante stakeholder bij de Change & Run initiatieven.
- Afstemming met diverse stakeholders om betrokkenheid en support te garanderen voor het implementatie plan
- Geeft proactief feedback aan de betrokken stakeholders over de evoluties van de teams.
- Stemt proactief af met relevante stakeholders en partners binnen het bedrijf (vb de link met de competence circles, HR partners,)
