Record Credits is de marktleider op de Belgische kredietmakelaarsmarkt en richt zich op particulieren en lokale zelfstandigen.
Record Credits is actief in België en in het Groot-Hertogdom Luxemburg en als dochteronderneming van ING België kan zij rekenen op een stabiele financiële basis.
Record Credits biedt haar klanten een volledig gamma van producten voor leningen aan.
Zij werkt daarvoor samen met een uitgebreid netwerk van onafhankelijke kredietmakelaars en garages.

**Business Intelligence Analyst***
Als Business Intelligence Analyst verzamel, analyseer en rapporteer je informatie voor het management en je collega’s. Al deze informatie dient op een efficiënte en geautomatiseerde wijze verspreid te worden naar de mogelijke gebruikers (zowel het management als je collega’s).
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Het management en de verschillende afdelingen binnen Record Credits ondersteunen door het aanleveren van duidelijke rapporteringen:
o Allerhande commerciële statistieken (acties, productiecijfers, realisatie-percentages, boordtabellen,..).
o Verschillende operationele statistieken en rapporteringen; voornamelijk voor ‘Decisions’ en voor ‘Operations’.
o Management rapporteringen (statistieken, Declic dashboard,).
- Recurrente rapportering, zowel vanuit een technisch als operationeel standpunt beheren.
- Onderhouden van de business definities en de SAS-data structuren die gebruikt worden voor rapportering.
- Aanmaken van nieuwe rapporteringen indien gevraagd.
- Onze afdeling Marketing en communicatie ondersteunen voor hun activiteiten: klantenselecties, verkooppuntenbestanden,
- De nodige kennis hebben van alle afdelingen zodat de beschikbare data juist geïnterpreteerd kan worden.
- De verschillende aanvragen tot rapportering van de interne klanten, kritisch analyseren.
- Er mee over waken dat alle data die we nodig hebben beschikbaar is binnen SAS (SAS zelf wordt wel gevoed door ING, dus dit is geen onderdeel of verantwoordelijkheid van de functie).
**Werkomgeving**
Je komt terecht, binnen het departement “Business Functions” van Record Credits, in het team “Product Management & Business Intelligence” en je rapporteert aan de “Team coach PM & BI”.
Je hebt je specifieke taken, maar je bent ook flexibel, polyvalent en een teamplayer. Allemaal samen, ondersteunen we het departement “Business Functions” in al haar dagelijkse activiteiten en we zoeken naar permanente verbetering.
Je werkt vanuit onze zetel in Brussel en na de opleidingsperiode kan je een aantal dagen per week van thuis uit werken.
**Profiel en competenties**
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in kwantitatieve wetenschappen (statistiek, econometrie, wiskunde), in toegepaste economie of je bent afgestudeerd als handelsingenieur.
- Je bent een jobstarter of je hebt maximum 2 jaar ervaring.
- Een eerste ervaring in SAS is niet vereist maar wel een sterke troef.
- Je beheerst de Microsoft Office-toepassingen en bent sterk geïnteresseerd in informatica in het algemeen.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en hebt bij voorkeur ook een actieve kennis van de andere landstaal en van het Engels.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een uitstekende zin voor synthese. Je hebt een kritische geest en je bent snel in staat om een algemeen overzicht te hebben van de projecten die je beheert.
- Je bent communicatief - zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - en je gaat zelf op zoek naar de nodige informatie.
- Je bent een goede teamplayer maar je kunt eveneens zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent gemotiveerd en houdt ervan om nieuwe dingen te leren. Je gaat nieuwe uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
