Record Credits is de marktleider op de Belgische kredietmakelaarsmarkt en richt zich op particulieren. Zij is actief in België en in het Groot-Hertogdom Luxemburg en als dochteronderneming van ING België kan Record Credits rekenen op een stabiele financiële basis.

Record Credits biedt haar klanten een volledig gamma van woonkredieten en consumentenkredieten aan. Record Credits werkt daarvoor samen met een uitgebreid netwerk van onafhankelijke kredietmakelaars en garages. Zij staan allemaal garant voor een hartelijke en persoonlijke dienstverlening.

Via haar aanbod van veilige, eenvoudige en transparante financiële producten bouwt Record Credits een vertrouwensrelatie op lange termijn met haar klanten uit.

Record Credits : Channel & Commissions Officer
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als medewerker bij de dienst Channel Management & Commissions ben je na een korte inloopperiode inzetbaar voor een aantal afwisselende taken.

Enerzijds voer je de voorbereiding, berekening, uitbetaling en controle van de commissielonen van alle zelfstandige verkooppunten (makelaars en car vendors) van Record Credits uit.

Anderzijds sta je als dossierbeheerder voor de verkooppunten in voor de volledige administratieve afhandeling: aanstelling, beheer en afsluiten van de verschillende verkooppunten van Record Credits.

Je onderhoud hierbij contacten met de diverse afdelingen binnen Record Credits en met diverse verkooppunten.

Je rapporteert aan de teamcoach Channel & Commissons en komt terecht in het departement Business Functions.

Je werkt vanuit onze zetel in Brussel en na de opleidingsperiode kan je een aantal dagen per week van thuis uit werken.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je hebt een coördinerende rol voor alles met betrekking tot commissies.
- Je berekent de niet-geautomatiseerde commissielonen.
- Je staat verder ook in voor de optimalisatie van commissievoorbereidingen en voor de verdere optimalisatie van commissiecontroles en helpt verbeteringen aanbrengen waar mogelijk.
- Je staat in voor de rapportering van de evolutie van de commissiekost aan management en salesteams.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de makelaars en vendors bij hun vragen betreffende de commissieberekeningen.
- Je kan tevens ingezet worden bij de activiteiten van de collega’s van Channel:

- Je verwerkt de nieuwe aanstellingen voor (co-)makelaars en vendors:

- Zolang een verkooppunt actief blijft, sta je in voor het administratief up-to-date houden van het dossier en de bestandsgegevens.

**Competenties en ervaring**
- Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een economische richting.
- Je beheerst de Microsoft Office-toepassingen en je werkt in het bijzonder graag met Excel toepassingen (ervaring met excel is een must)
- Kennis en ervaring in SAS en werken met databases is een troef.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in groep te werken. Je neemt de toegewezen verantwoordelijkheden op.
- Je bent sterk in administratieve taken, je gaat georganiseerd tewerk en stelt hoge eisen aan je eigen prestaties.
- Je hebt een flinke dosis teamspirit.
- Je bent gemotiveerd en houdt ervan om nieuwe dingen te leren. Je gaat nieuwe uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
- Je hebt minstens een eerste werkervaring achter de rug, liefst in de financiële sector.
