**Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels** is een dochteronderneming van Safran Aircraft Engines, gevestigd op Brussels Airport (Zaventem, België), gespecialiseerd in de inspectie, het onderhoud en de reparatie (MRO) van geavanceerde LEAP-straalmotoren die de nieuwste generatie Airbus A320NEO en Boeing B737MAX narrow body families aandrijven. Het bedrijf is een belangrijke speler in het internationale MRO-netwerk van CFM. Met meer dan 75 jaar ervaring en wel 20 internationale Part 145-certificeringen (EASA / FAA / CAAC / ), wordt Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels erkend als een wereldwijd expertisecentrum in de luchtvaartsector. Meer dan 100 luchtvaartmaatschappijen, verhuurders, particuliere vliegtuigexploitanten en MRO-partners hebben hun motoren aan ons bedrijf toevertrouwd. We hebben meer dan 200 hoogopgeleide, gedreven en enthousiaste medewerkers in dienst.

**Om ons Logistics & Supply Chain team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een**

**LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS TEAM LEADER**:
**Jouw rol**:

- Je zorgt voor alle douane administratie (In en Out) en bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe douaneprocessen van A tot Z;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor douane-instanties en transportpartners;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de vennootschap compliant is en blijft met betrekking tot de correcte dagelijkse toepassing van de geldende douanewetgeving, AEO-requirements en/of overeengekomen rulings, en volgt de tijdige verlenging van de in de tijd beperkte vergunningen en licenties op;
- Je stuur een team van +/- 10 logistieke collega’s aan;
- Je ondersteunt en ontwikkelt je team, i.s.m. je manager;
- Je werkt KPI**’**suit en volgt de reporting op;
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse status meetings, i.s.m. je manager;
- Je volgt de werk
- en veiligheidsinstructies op die specifiek zijn voor de werkplek en het bedrijf;
- Je inspireert en enthousiasmeert medewerkers, en stimuleert kennisdeling;
- Je neemt initiatieven en maakt voorstellen in het kader van continuous improvement, je evalueert, coördineert de verbetering van huidige werkmethodes en introduceert nieuwe technologieën;
- Je onderhoudt constructieve en effectieve relaties binnen en buiten het bedrijf.

**Jouw profiel**:
**We zoeken iemand die**:

- een Bachelor diploma in Supply Chain of Logistiek heeft, of relevante ervaring heeft kunnen opbouwen;
- minstens 5j ervaring heeft in customs management en de gangbare en specifieke customs software kent;
- zelfstandig en operationeel kan zijn na 2 maanden;
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden heeft, praktisch en met zin voor initiatief, tegelijkertijd proactief en meewerkend aan continuous improvement;
- een teamspeler is, open en flexibel;
- vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt;
- een goede kennis heeft van de gangbare IT tools (MS Office + ERP).

**We zouden graag iemand vinden die ook**:

- een basiskennis Frans heeft;
- evaring heeft in leiding geven;
- ervaring heeft in audit.
