**Team leader B2C Onboarding**:
Binnen de groep AlphaCredit is de dienst “B2C Onboarding” verantwoordelijk voor de introductie, analyse, opvolging en uitbetaling van B2C kredietaanvragen (rechtstreekse aanvragen van klanten). Binnen dit team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste teamleader.
**Jouw functie**:
Als teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coaching, organisatie, planning en opvolging van een team van ongeveer 16 medewerkers. Je moedigt continue ontwikkeling aan en ondersteunt je medewerkers hierin. Door het team op een dynamische en creatieve manier te leiden, verhoog je de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers en motiveer je hen de doelstellingen, die door jou zijn bepaald, te bereiken. Die prioriteiten en doelstellingen worden door jou dan ook duidelijk gecommuniceerd en opgevolgd. Samen streven jullie naar kwaliteit, als teamleader bewaak je de kwaliteit van het werk en coach je de medewerkers waar nodig. In het kader van continue ontwikkeling, ben je actief betrokken bij het verbeteren van onze procedures, samen met je collega’s in het managementteam. Bij gevoelige dossiers (zowel intern als extern), fungeer jij als aanspreekspunt.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bent een geboren people manager, met uitstekende leiderschaps
- en coachingsvaardigheden en aantoonbare ervaring.
- Om de organisatie te doen groeien, kan je beroep doen op je analytische geest, en je flexibele mindset, waarbij je open staat voor verandering. In je communicatie ben je vlot en transparant. Stress tackel je met gemak en de deur staat, wanneer nodig, open voor je medewerkers.
- Je haalt je motivatie uit het omhoog tillen van je team, het verhogen van de klantentevredenheid en het behalen van resultaten.
- Je staat in voor het behalen van de commerciële resultaten gelinkt aan de activiteiten van je team.
- Je staat in contact met de commerciële diensten binnen ons bedrijf en werkt nauw met hen samen om de resultaten te behalen.
- Daarnaast spreek je vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
