Les activités de l’entreprise s’articulent aujourd’hui autour de 3 pôles qui sont : l’Immobilier, l’exploitation d’une carrière de grès et le développement de l’écosystème digital au sein de la RDC. La Holding, composée d’une petite équipe basée au centre de Bruxelles, est chargée de superviser les opérations administratives et financières pour l’ensemble des sociétés du Groupe, qui est en constante croissance.

**Votre mission**:
En tant qu’Assistant(e) du CFO, votre mission principale consistera à soutenir activement le Directeur Financier dans la gestion efficace des opérations administratives et financières.

Vous serez le pilier sur lequel reposera la coordination des tâches liées aux formalités administratives, à la gestion de la paie, à l’office management, à la mise à jour de rapports financiers, à la rédaction de divers rapports d’activité et au suivi de certaines tâches comptables.

Votre esprit de collaboration et votre engagement à garantir la précision, la cohérence et la fiabilité des processus administratifs seront cruciaux pour soutenir la croissance continue de l’entreprise.

**Description des tâches**:
**Formalités administratives**: préparation de documents pour le conseil d’administration, organisation d’évènements (assemblées générales, conseils d’administration,), suivi des publications au moniteur belge, aide aux formalités bancaires, suivi des assurances, gestion du courrier entrant et sortant, réception des visiteurs, mise à jour de bases de données, maintenance des accès SharePoint,
**Office management**: suivi des prestataires externes, liaison avec le syndic de l’immeuble, commande de fournitures,
**Mise à jour de rapports financiers**: mise à jour mensuelle des indicateurs de performance, en collaboration avec l’équipe, amélioration de reporting existants, mise à jour de tableaux pour le rapport annuel,
**Rédaction de divers rapports d’activité**: par exemple, contribution à la rédaction du rapport ESG, rapport RSE,en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe locale et l’équipe basée à Kinshasa.
**Gestion de la paie**: formalités administratives liées aux salaires, gestion des congés, commandes des chèques repas, suivi des émoluments administrateurs.
**Suivi de certaines tâches comptables**: réception et classement de pièces comptables, préparation des paiements, suivi des refacturations, gestion des extraits bancaires.

**Votre profil**:
Bachelor ou master de gestion ou économie
Expérience préalable de minimum 5 ans dans un rôle administratif ou financier
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Bon niveau de maturité
Parfaite maitrise du français (écrit et oral) et bonne connaissance souhaitée du néerlandais et de l’anglais
Bon esprit de synthèse, précis(e) et polyvalent(e)
Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, )
A l’aise avec des outils en ligne (CMS, social media, mailchimp)
