As a **Process Management Officer** you support the management of the Data Department in their operational activities, ranging from Finance & Portfolio management to first line support for Agile system set-up and for HR & Procurement activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the financial processes: Multi-year plan, Target setting, Budget, Forecast and Actuals
- Run the reporting of the portfolio process for Data initiatives; align with Initiative owners, Product owners, Data department management and Transversal portfolio management
- Monitor & perform quality checks on the Agile reporting systems (Clarity / Rally)
- Set-up and manage SharePoints
- Support in capacity management by contributing to the on / off-boarding processes, aligning with the available resource budget and preparing of HR reports
- Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) towards the Procurement department.
- Other ad-hoc tasksrelated to team & project administration
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Excel and Powerpoint (intermediate level)
- Familiar with or willingness to learn **project management processes and tools**:

- Knowledge of the standards in use by the bank
- Solid analytical skills, combining financial and business insights
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or are considered as a plus
