**Regional Sales Manager **(M/F/d) - BeLux**

- Managing and coaching Store Managers and their teams
- Visiting stores and being present on the shopfloors
- Reporting directly to the Divisional Sales Manager
- Enabling the store teams with the right knowledge, training and support
- Setting ambitious but realistic performance targets
- Analyzing KPI’s and rolling out action plans

- You have at least 5 years of experience working in retail as well as experience in people management

- You have a driver’s license
- You know how to successfully run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service
- With your hands-on and solution-oriented mentality, you are motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Having excellent communication skills, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You are experienced in working with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
- You shine with your strong result oriented, pragmatic and structured way of working
