We're looking for a FR/NL Junior Account Executive who can successfully manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in Belgium.

Operating in a fast-paced, competitive industry, our Account Management teams are always looking for effective ways to drive partner loyalty and profitability on a global scale.

**About the role**

Part of your responsibilities, you do promote Online platform advertisement towards your restaurant estate and focus on increasing the revenue generated towards your portfolio

By understanding the restaurant partner's needs & wishes, you're aiming to provide improvements, tools, advice and insights. You're able to improve restaurant partner & customer experience, increase order volume/revenue, improve last mile visibility & top of mind awareness.

**Your focus**
- You manage a pool of restaurants, helping develop their success on our platform
- Create & maintain a solid relationship with your partners, as from the first day that they're on our platform. Increase their satisfaction, expand their business with innovative solutions and avoid churn
- Promote and sell our Online platform advertisement
- Be aware of and share all what's happening in your region and anticipate when needed (often in collaboration with Account Managers)
- Exchange and collaborate with other departments & teams (projects, ideas, problems,)
- Take care of a selection of administrative tasks, such as processing sales of our vehicles

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong Sales Mindset (Previous experience in a sales or partnerships position is considered as an asset, but it's not essential. Graduates (in for example, a hospitality degree ) are also considered.)
- Residing in or nearby Brussels
- Bilingual dutch & French (spoken and written) and a good level of English.
- Strong communicator, good in convincing, proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent with great organizational skills and willing to go the extra mile
- Feeling at ease in a fast-paced environment eager to challenge the status quo
- Working knowledge of G Suite
