DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
- Soutenir la création et le développement d’événements et d’activités en lien avec la Chine
- Prospection et recherche active d’opportunités de développement des activités de l’association et de croissance de notre base de membres
- Evaluer les propositions de coopération et développer et maintenir les relations avec les partenaires locaux
- Soutenir la promotion de nos activités via les réseaux sociaux, la traduction de contenu, la rédaction d’invitations, d’articles pour le site web et d’un bulletin d’information
- Rédiger des articles et des comptes rendus sur nos activités
- Assurer la gestion et le développement de notre librairie spécialisée sur la Chine - gestion du stock, suivi des commandes et facturation
PROFIL
Qualifications requises
- Francophone et/ou néerlandophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue nationale
- La connaissance de l’anglais et du chinois sont des atouts
- Une connaissance approfondie de la culture chinoise est souhaitable
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et esprit d’initiative, autonomie dans le travail
- Savoir communiquer efficacement dans un contexte multiculturel
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de persuasion.
- Connaissance et pratique des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn..)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (Word, Excel,)
- Aptitude à effectuer des opérations de comptabilité de base
- Permis B
- Minimum un an d’expérience
Diplômes : Master ou équivalent
Expériences : Avoir travaillé ou étudié en Chine est un atout
Prise de fonction : Dès que possible

FUNCTIE OMCHRIJVING
- De creatie en ontwikkeling van evenementen en activiteiten met betrekking tot China ondersteunen.
- Prospectie en actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om de activiteiten van de vereniging te ontwikkelen en ons ledenbestand uit te breiden.
- Beoordelen van voorstellen tot samenwerking en ontwikkeling van relaties met lokale partners.
- Ondersteuning van de promotie van onze activiteiten via de sociale netwerken, vertalingen, uitnodigingen schrijven voor de website en de nieuwsbrief.
- Rapportering over onze activiteiten.
- Beheren en ontwikkelen van onze boekhandel gespecialiseerd in China, beheer van de voorraad, opvolging van de bestellingen en de facturatie.
PROFIEL
Vereiste kwalificaties
- Grondige kennis van de Chinese cultuur en een goede beheersing van de Chinese taal.
- Franstalig en /of nederlandstalig met goede kennis van de andere landstaal.
- Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Efficiente communicatie in een multiculturele omgeving.
- Uitstekende analytische mogelijkheden en doorzettingsvermogen.
- Praktische kennis van de sociale netwerken (Facebook, Instagram, linkedIn..)
- Beheersing van elementaire IT tools (Word, Excel..)
- Bekwaam om elementaire boekhoudkundige bewerkingen uit te voeren.
- Rijbewijs
Diploma: Master of gelijkwaardig
Ervaring: gewerkt of gestudeerd heeben in China is een pluspunt
