**Overzicht van de werkzaamheden**:
Je wordt tewerkgesteld in **Wevelgem** en na een grondig opleidingstraject sta je in voor volgende taken:
- Je staat mee in voor het aansturen, begeleiden en opvolgen van het bouwkundig team bestaande uit laboranten, staalnemers en administratieve medewerkers.
- Je kijkt toe op een correcte naleving van voorgeschreven procedures en registraties
- Je waakt over het goed functioneren van de dienst, rekening houdend met de doelstellingen van Normec Servaco, en je stuurt bij waar nodig, met specifieke aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Je denkt mee na over verbeterprocessen binnen de afdeling
- Je maakt als Lab Manager deel uit van een gemotiveerd Management Team en speelt hier een actieve rol in
- Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director
**Opleiding**:
Normec Servaco voorziet voor iedere functie een grondig opleidingstraject, waarbij alle aspecten van de job aan bod komen.
**Wie zoeken wij?**:
- Je beschikt over een Bacheloropleiding in een technische of bouwkundige richting
- Je bent organisatorisch onderlegd om een team van 20 medewerkers aan te sturen
- Je bent een sterke motivator en toont een grote betrokkenheid om samen met je team de taken tot een goed einde te brengen
- Je communiceert op verschillende niveaus
- Je bent een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
