Voor DHL Global Forwarding in Brucargo zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Specialist

Als Sales Support Specialist zou je volgende taken hebben:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer sales op de baan is
- Je bereidt quotaties en contracten naar klanten toe voor
- Je ondersteunt klanten bij planning en implementatie
- Je levert intern de juiste informatie aan in verband met sales leads
- Je analyseert de sales index
- Je bereidt de business reviews en sales rapporten voor
- Je ondersteunt 1 Field Sales, 1 Key Account en 1 Business Development Manager
- Binnen het salesteam krijg je ook 1 specifiek project toegewezen waarvan je de ambassadeur bent

**Profiel**

Om aan de slag te gaan als Sales Support agent kom je overeen met volgende punten:

- Bachelor of Master niveau of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
- Goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk), kennis van Frans is een troef
- Je kan vlot werken met de courante Microsoft Office applicaties
- Je bent communicatief en diplomatisch
- Je werkt pro-actief, autonoom en nauwkeurig
- Je bent klantgericht
- Je bent leergierig en stressbestendig

Je zou starten bij DHL Global Forwarding in Brucargo onder vast contract. Je zou werken in daguren in een 39 uren regeling tijdens de dag (met 2u ADV die je opspaart per week). Verder krijg je voor elk gewerkte dag 8 euro maaltijdcheques en een bruto maandloon afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je kan ook gedeeltelijk van thuis werken.
