Als Full Operator (zowel security als technisch) werk je binnen de interne meldkamer van VRT en speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de veiligheid en continuïteit van onze organisatie. Je volgt alarmsystemen op (brand, inbraak, evacuatie) en monitort en bedient gebouwtechnische systemen en installaties. Je rapporteert aan de Coördinator Security en het Hoofd Security & Hospitality binnen de afdeling Gebouwen & Facilitair Beheer en draagt bij aan een veilige en optimaal functionerende werkomgeving.
Wat ga je precies doen?
Als Security Operator zal je de volgende taken moeten uitvoeren: Bemannen meldkamer Bedieningen uitvoeren en toezicht houden op alle aanwezige apparatuur, alarminstallaties en gebouwenbeheersystemen, waaronder ook sprinklerinstallaties en het evacuatie-omroepsysteem Camerabewaking (CCTV-systeem) Brand-, inbraak en gasdetectie Coördineren van taken (gepland door Loket (agenda), Hoofd Security & Hospitality of Coördinator Security) in functie van de dienst = > verdelen taken onder bewakingsagenten Toezicht uitoefenen op de uitvoering van die taken: bijvoorbeeld door het lopen van controlerondes, plaatsen/verwijderen afbakeningsmateriaal en signalisatie Opvolgen postvak ‘Security OC’ Telefoonoproepen ‘3000’ beantwoorden, doorschakelen Overname telefooncentrale 9L buiten de normale kantooruren Opvolgen vuurvergunningen Opmaken incidentenverslagen Coördineren en gepast reageren in geval van noodsituaties Assistentie verlenen bij afhaling van sleutels voor lokalen, autosleutels, tankkaarten (bij afwezigheid loketmedewerkers)
Als Technische Operator zal je onderstaande taken bijkomend moeten uitvoeren: Bedieningen uitvoeren en toezicht houden op de Gebouwenbeheersystemen (GBS): HVAC (koeling, verwarming, aircosystemen); liften (opvolging werking); hoogspanning beheersysteem; energiemonitoring van kritische verbruikers (UPS, verdeelborden HVAC,) FMIS (Ultimo): opstellen van werkorders en melden van klachten aan de betrokken diensten Technische alarmen/ meldingen interpreteren. Gepaste acties ondernemen Interveniëren teneinde de veiligheid van personen en het gebouw te waarborgen (bijvoorbeeld het sluiten of afdichten van een opengewaaid raam bij stormweer) Verzekeren van de bedrijfscontinuïteit door het uitvoeren van kleine dringende depannages in studio’s, in elektrische borden of door te interveniëren op kritische HVAC- en koelinstallaties, gasinstallaties, frigo’s, waterbehandelingsinstallaties, stookinstallaties, persluchtcentrale, liftenOproepen en begeleiden van interventie-technici n.a.v. van een defect/storing Opvolgen postvak ‘Controlekamer’ Telefoonoproepen ‘3010’ beantwoorden, doorschakelen
Deze lijsten zijn niet limitatief. Er kan steeds gevraagd worden om bijkomende taken uit te voeren.
Wie zoeken we? Je beschikt over het ‘algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewaking’ en het attest ‘psychotechnisch onderzoek’, of je bent bereid dit te behalen. Je beschikt over een gezonde portie security awareness. Je beschikt over een basiskennis elektriciteit, ofwel een basiskennis HVAC/ koeltechniek. Je beschikt over een attest elektriciteit BA4/ BA5, of je bent bereid dit te behalen. Technische diploma’s strekken tot aanbeveling, IT schrikt je niet af. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van het Frans en het Engels Je bezit over een gezonde dosis zelfvertrouwen en hebt een creatieve ingesteldheid. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. Je bent opmerkzaam, hulpvaardig en hebt een goed probleemoplossend vermogen. Je kan zelfstandig handelen, je bent assertief en besluitvaardig. Je kan gepast en consequent reageren in crisissituaties. Je bent bereid te werken in een ploegensysteem (ook weekends en nachten)
