**DE JOB**:
Het “SAP Business Competence Center HR” (BCC HR, bureau I-ICT.511) heeft als opdracht de operationele HR-processen te ondersteunen en functionele en technische ondersteuning te bieden aan de SAP-gebruikers binnen Infrabel. Het BCC HR is betrokken bij het toezicht op de processen, ontwikkelt mee nieuwe processen en helpt bij de omkadering van nieuwe SAP-projecten. Het BCC verzekert tevens de configuratie van het systeem.

Om de continuïteit van de correcte werking van het SAP ERP-systeem binnen Infrabel te verzekeren, is het SAP Business Competence Center op zoek naar een Team Member SAP Human Resources. Als Team Member SAP HR heb je de volgende specifieke taken:

- Je werkt binnen het BCC-Team, onder de leiding van de SAP-Coordinator.
- Je verzekert de ondersteuning van de SAP HR-toepassing via het beheer van door de eindgebruikers gemelde incidenten: je analyseert de problemen, stelt oplossingen voor en implementeert ze, je weet prioriteiten te stellen in overeenstemming met de operationele behoeften.
- Je verzamelt en begrijpt de functionele behoeften die onze interne klant, de dienst Human Resources, kenbaar maakt.
- Op basis van deze functionele analyse zoek je de meest geschikte technische oplossing die past binnen de SAP-omgeving van Infrabel, beantwoordt aan de technische vereisten (rekening houdend met de SAP-standaarden en -best practices), de ontwikkelingsregels die binnen het team gelden naleeft en beantwoordt aan de eisen van de interne klanten.
- Je stelt functionele specificaties op.
- Je verzekert de configuratie van SAP en je zorgt ervoor dat die werkt volgens de specificaties van het gedetailleerde project en de configuratievereisten en in overeenstemming met de interne normen is.
- Je stelt de technische specificaties op die dienen als input voor de SAP-ontwikkelaar.
- Je stelt de testscenario's op.
- Je voert tests uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en het onderhoud van de configuratiedocumentatie.
- Je verleent ondersteuning (je lost tickets op, verleent ondersteuning op het terrein, enz.).
- Je identificeert configuratieproblemen en potentiële oplossingen.
- Je bekwaamt je in de onderliggende operationele processen binnen Infrabel zodat je deze beheerst, in staat bent de gebruiker te ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van deze processen en ook in staat bent de processen verder te helpen optimaliseren.
- Je brengt je Team Leader regelmatig op de hoogte van de voortgang van je werk.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Jij beschikt over een masterdiploma.
- Jij hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring op het vlak van SAP HR-configuratie (PA-modules, OM, kennis van Times is een troef).
- Je bent in staat om technische documenten op te stellen voor ontwikkelaars binnen je domein.
- Je beschikt over een gedegen analytisch vermogen.
- Je staat ten dienste van je klanten en hebt oog voor hun vragen, behoeften en klachten.
- Je bent open van geest en deelt je kennis op een manier die aangepast is aan je doelgroep.
- Je werkt autonoom en neemt het nodige initiatief.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler
- Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.

**DE WERKOMGEVING**:
Infrabel bouwt, onderhoudt en vernieuwt de spoorinfrastructuur in België. Het spoornet omvat 3.600 km sporen, 5.905 km bovenleiding en 11.769 bruggen en tunnels. Daarnaast regelen we het treinverkeer 24u/24 en 7d/7. Ongeveer 10.000 medewerkers helpen meebouwen aan een betrouwbaar en modern spoornet dat beantwoordt aan de mobiliteitsbehoeften van onze samenleving en bijdraagt tot een duurzame samenleving.

De directie Information & Communication Technology is een van de 7 directies van Infrabel. Ze is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de levering, de uitvoering, het beheer en de instandhouding van de IT- en Telecom-elementen die noodzakelijk zijn voor de optimale werking van het spoornet.
