- The Head Commercial Excellence
- Is responsible for the effectiveness and execution of the field force across franchises by driving the Customer Engagement strategy, planning and evolving competencies and capabilities (people, process, technology) to deliver superior business results. Leads the team responsible for the journey of the field force from hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and development.
- Your responsibilities:
- Lead the team to support the Sales functions in providing best-in-class Sales Operations services across the organization
- Driving the team and leading to support sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders / returns; providing metrics / reports to Sales team and also engaging Healthcare Professionals for expense payout. Follow up on sales orders and provide status updates; updating Customer lists business wise.
- Develops innovative marketing and sales processes to support and enable the sales teams in achieving profitable growth in the Business Unit and market share growth in the business
- Adapts capacities and capabilities of the Marketing & Sales Ops to the commercial needs of the Business Unit. Drives effective use of resources according to commercial priorities of the Business Unit through Marketing and Sales Ops managers.
- Drives efficiency of Marketing & Sales processes and resource allocation. Leads ½ initiatives to improve innovativeness of Marketing and Sales Operations services.
- Performs effective leadership and management of the Marketing and Sales Operations functions in the Business Unit. Manages effective working relationships with other Business functions. Executes the Performance Management Process, leads talent development according to Business needs and requirements.

**Minimum requirements**
- You have an extended experience with project management and eventually with people management.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of the Healthcare / Pharma business
- Fluent in English with additional Language Dutch or French is a plus
