**Over de functie**:
Je zal als Supplier & Contract Manager verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van de leveranciers en contracten voor de belangrijkste elektrische uitrusting van het net van ‘s lands grootste netwerkbeheerder.

Naast de aanbestedingsonderhandelingen en de contracttoekenning van contracten, is de afdeling aankoop verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de dagelijkse opvolging van haar contracten en haar leveranciers.

Enerzijds beheren de Contract
- en Leveranciersmanagers (CSM) actief de klant-leverancierrelatie en volgen ze proactief hun interne stakeholders (voornamelijk de projectafdeling) van hun categorie op.

De doelstellingen van de Contract
- en Leveranciersmanager zijn: zorgdragen voor een goede uitvoering van de projecten conform het contract, de onderhandelingen leiden en redelijke afspraken maken in geval van onvoorziene situaties of claims en het garanderen van het continue verbeteringsproces via return of experience.

Elke CSM beheert categorieën elektrische apparatuur, namelijk hoogspanningsapparatuur, laagspanningsapparatuur of lineaire activa-apparatuur (kabels en bovenleidingen).

Dit omvat verschillende taken zoals: Organisatie van mini-competities en validatie van bestellingen, communicatie van prognose naar leverancier, ondersteuning van de interne stakeholders en aan de leverancier, regelmatige risicobeoordeling van leveranciers en implementeren van mitigerende maatregelen en de opvolging van de kwaliteit van de levering en installatie.

**Functie eisen**:

- Master in een technisch-commercieel domein met reële interesse voor technische aspecten en projecten of gelijkwaardige kennis verworven door ervaring.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Engels, aangezien dit de communicatietaal van het team is (min B2)
- Uitstekende kennis van Frans of Nederlands (mínimaal niveau B2).
- Je hebt ervaring in contractmanagement, categoriemanagement, accountmanagement, strategische inkoop;
- Je bent klaar om naar de fabrieken van de leveranciers (in Europa), naar onze werklocaties (Substations) en naar ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel te reizen

Goed om te hebben:

- Kennis van het Duits (gesproken en geschreven) is een echte troef
- Kennis van SAP
