Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Contract Manager Office** pour notre client actif dans le secteur d’assurance. Vous rejoignez le département **Healthcare en tant que Contract Manager Office.**

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Rassembler les documents et données nécessaires
- Entretenir les contacts nécessaires avec les différents intervenants et en interne avec le Management et les BSC afin d’acter correctement l’implémentation ou la modification d’un contrat
- Avec l’aide du management, des account managers et le cas échéant du Business Solution Consultant, d’assurer de l’exactitude du contrat sur le plan technique, juridique et fiscal
- Pendant la durée du contrat, analyser tous types de questions de la part du client/de l’intermédiaire concernant la gestion des assurances Soins de santé et apparentées en vue de répondre aux questions dans les délais prévus
- Gestion de tout la communication courante et requise (orale et écrite) faisant suite à ses activités
- Afficher une implication proactive lors de l’implémentation et du traitement opérationnel des contrats;
- Le cas échéant, étudier l’impact d’une demande sur l’activité de dommage avant de la tailler;
- En interne comme en externe, fournir des informations utiles à toutes les parties concernées par le biais d’une communication claire et exhaustive lors de l’ouverture de nouveaux dossiers ou en cas de modification de la situation contractuelle et des paiements, afin d’être en mesure d’offrir un service optimal à l’employeur et aux assurés, fans le respect des conventions et attentes.
- Le cas échéant, contacter les stakeholders relevants afin d’obtenir son avis (juridique, fiscal ou technique) et construire un dossier complet et correct;

- Bachelier ou expérience équivalents
- Connaissance approfondie des produits de la compagnie d’assurances et l'aspects juridique des assurances Soins de Santé;
- Connaissance approfondie des procédures relatives à l’organisation et à la gestion des contrats et règlements;
- Connaissance du rôle des services apparentés et des modes d’échange
- Bilingue FR/NL
