Dat omvat de volgende taken:
- Het team coachen, motiveren en aansturen
- Het werk organiseren, rekening houdend met de continuïteit en de dienstverlening aan de interne klant, alsook de competenties en de ontwikkelingstrajecten van de beheerders - en de kwaliteit van de verstrekte diensten permanent evalueren
- De opleidingsbehoeften detecteren, de competenties ontwikkelen, begeleiden naar meer autonomie en klantgerichtheid
- Zorgen voor een efficiënte monitoring van de kwaliteit
- Toezien op de aanhoudende verbeteringen van de processen en ze vereenvoudigen
- Het HR management adviseren over bepaalde specifieke dossiers na een grondige transversale analyse
- Meewerken aan de totstandkoming van bepaalde transversale HR-projecten
- Je bent een enthousiaste people manager die een team kan leiden en inspireren
- Je bent gestructureerd en georganiseerd, en in staat die structuur en die organisatie over te brengen naar een servicing-team
- Je hebt een relevante ervaring in payroll, aangevuld met bij voorkeur een hoger diploma
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
- Je werkt nauwgezet, strikt en bent goed met cijfers
- Vaardigheden: Microsoft, kennis van SAP en van de sociale wetgeving zijn een troef.
