**Cooling, our Nature** Sabcobel is een familiebedrijf actief in de koeling voor supermarkten en industrie. We streven continu naar een groene oplossing op maat. In onze installaties leggen we de focus op het gebruik van natuurlijke koudemiddelen en optimaal energieverbruik. Dit telkens in nauw contact met onze klanten. Om ons afdeling te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Service Delivery Manager Retail Koeling**
**Jouw uitdaging**:
Als Service Delivery Manager heb jij de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de verkochte service contracten worden uitgevoerd en ingepland. Je stuurt proactief bij waar nodig.
- Je beheert het logboek en volgt alle overige wettelijke en contractuele verplichtingen proactief op (incl. motivatie lekbrieven)
- Je organiseert/participeert periodieke klantenmeetings (conform het service contract)
- Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van de technische documentatie na oplevering project in ondersteuning aan SAM.
- Je zorgt er samen met ons service team voor dat onze klanten op lange termijn met Sabcobel samenwerken.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het continu verbeteren van onze serviceprocessen en het verhogen van de klanttevredenheid.
- Het commerciële luik van deze functie valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Service Account Manager. Je zal dus eerder intern & administratief werk leveren.
Samengevat, jij coördineert en stuurt intern je collega’s aan zodat wij onze contractuele beloftes nakomen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Een teamspeler met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
- Een initiatiefrijk persoon die resultaatgericht is en complexe problemen kan oplossen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en je hebt kennis van het Frans (een pluspunt maar geen must).
- Je kan je helemaal terugvinden in onze Sabcobel waarden: Teamwork, Eerlijkheid, Passie en Klantgerichtheid
