We are looking for a **Global Pricing and Market Access Lead **who is **data and insight driven** to join us in our **Global APEX & Global Payer Strategy Value department**, based in our **Head Quarter** in **Brussels**, **Belgium.**

**About the role**

The **Global Pricing and Market Access Lead **is a critical Integrator role, responsible for the Global Value & Access Strategy and its operational execution for asset's indication(s) from late-stage clinical development to peri-launch.

**Who you’ll work with**
- You will report to the Head of Access, Price and Value Strategy or the Global Pricing and Market Access Director, depending on asset’s stage in development, bringing in a strategic thought-leader providing advice and guidance to other functions and the Missions.
- Core member of the Global or Launch Access hub at indication level depending on asset’s stage in development.

**What you’ll do**
- Contribute to the development of a viable Global Access, Price and Evidence strategy to achieve, maintain, and expand sustainable market access for the product/indication.
- Formulation of a clear value proposition and ensuring the global Product Team sets a commercial strategy and total evidence package which supports the value proposition and access targets.
- Supports the translation of the current and anticipated market pricing and reimbursement environment into actionable insights, recommendations and implications for commercialization strategies.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience,** **and **skills**
- Master’s degree in business, science, or related discipline, with >5 years of experience in market access-related functions in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting, could include health economics, outcomes research, or health technology assessment.
- Proven expertise in US and/ or European Health Care Ecosystem environment and in product launch.
- At least 3 years of experience in an affiliate or regional or global oversight role in the development of access strategy and/or payer evidence.
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of global access strategies, payer and Health Technology Assessments submissions/interactions and/or payer insights generation.
- Strategic foresight, strategy development and innovative thinking.
- Science-based problem-solving and rational decision making.
