Maak impact als Projectmanager Industrial Buildings bij Sweco België
Ben jij een gedreven projectmanager met een passie voor bouwprojecten met een industrieel karakter? Bij Sweco België krijg je de kans om te werken aan innovatieve projecten zoals duurzame logistieke centra en mobiliteithubs. Je staat aan het hoofd van multidisciplinaire teams en begeleidt projecten van de offertefase tot de oplevering. Samen met onze specialisten in architectuur, stabiliteit en technieken ontwikkel je oplossingen die niet alleen aan de behoeften van de klant voldoen, maar ook bijdragen aan een duurzame toekomst. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het creëren van langdurige relaties en het realiseren van impactvolle projecten.
Wat je gaat doen als Projectmanager Industrial Buildings
Klantenvertegenwoordiging: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties op, die de basis vormen voor succes.
Projectinitiatie: Je begint elk project vanaf de offertefase en coördineert het ontwerp en de uitvoering.
Teamcoördinatie: Je leidt een team van projectarchitecten en -ingenieurs, en beheert de algemene scope van het project.
Budget
- en planningsbeheer: Je bewaakt de profit & loss van jouw projecten en communiceert duidelijk over verwachtingen, tijd en budget.
Inspireren en begeleiden: Jouw betrokkenheid motiveert teamleden en versterkt de trots op de gerealiseerde projecten.
Wat wij zoeken in een Projectmanager Industrial Buildings
Opleiding: Een diploma als burgerlijk ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur, architect of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Ervaring: Ruime relevante ervaring in de bouwsector als projectingenieur, projectleider of projectmanager.
Technische affiniteit: Kennis van of interesse in de industriesector, met bijzondere aandacht voor speciale technieken of stabiliteit.
Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Integriteit, nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in het Nederlands of Frans, met een goede beheersing van het Engels.

**Op welke locatie kan ik werken?**:
Met meer dan 25 kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen en Wallonië, zetten we in op nabijheid voor onze medewerkers en klanten. Dus er is zeker en vast wel een kantoor bij jou in de buurt. We streven ernaar dat onze kantoren vlot bereikbaar zijn met het openbaar vervoer of de wagen.
Onze teams hebben veelal een ‘homebase’ of werken met bepaalde dagen waarop het team aanwezig is op een specifiek locatie. Ben je op zoek naar een vertrouwde werkplek ? Ben je een beetje avonturier en ontdek je graag andere collega’s en kantoren? Het kan allemaal. Geen procedures of complexe login procedures. Je bent welkom in elk kantoor.
