**Mobility Officer **.
Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Mailboxbeheer: beantwoorden van de vragen omtrent budgetten, facturaties, bekeuringen, terugbetalingen,..
- Controleren en opvolgen van facturen (leasingmaatschappijen, fietsplannen, treinabonnementen
- Goedkeuren van bestellingen nieuwe wagen
- Opladen van brandstofrapporten
- Controleren van de technische keuring van de utilitaire voertuigen
- Beheren van vergunningen (jaagpaden, LEZ, autoluwe zones,...)
- Klasseren en opvolgen van documenten van de (nieuwe) technische wagens
- Maandelijks rapporteren van KPI's over de vloot en ad hoc rapporten (verbruik, kilometers,...)
