DAS HAUS is een radicaal gezellige performance
- en workspace voor innovatieve klassieke muziekprojecten. Bij DAS HAUS mengen we experimentele maar toegankelijke concertformats met verschillende muziekgenres en artistieke disciplines. We ondersteunen professionele muzikanten met een boeiend en relevant verhaal die graag op persoonlijke en interactieve manieren in contact komen met het publiek van vandaag.
Verbinden met de stad doen we ook met onze outreach-projecten zoals "Sounds for the Soul," waarbij we één-op-één muzikale ontmoetingen creëren tussen professionele muzikanten en burgers die door een moeilijk moment in het leven gaan.

**over de functie**:
- Als Freelance Communicatie en Social Media Verantwoordelijke sla jij de stevige brug naar ons geweldig en divers publiek en naar allen die ons nog niet kennen. Dit doe je door:
- Het bedenken en uitvoeren van een frisse en gedurfde communicatie
- en social media strategie die proactief inspeelt op de trends van vandaag en morgen en die inzet op verwondering.
- Het vervolgens maken en delen van originele en out of the box content voor al onze kanalen.
- Het enthousiast analyseren van de prestaties van onze social media campagnes en rapporteren van de resultaten.
- Het met liefde beheren van onze online community en snel reageren op vragen en opmerkingen.
- Het schrijven van prikkelende persberichten en nieuwsbrieven in FR, NL en EN en het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met de pers en andere media.
- het up to date houden van de websites van DAS HAUS en Sounds for the Soul, de perskit en ons digitaal archief.
- Om een idee te krijgen van de werkflow: we programmeren 1 concert per maand en het nieuwe seizoen loopt van oktober 2024 tot juni 2025. De derde editie van sounds for the soul start in juli en eindigt eind december.
**profiel kandidaat**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor Communicatiemanagement, Digital Marketing, Grafische & Digitale Media of je volgde een gelijkaardige opleiding;
- Relevante werkervaring is een bonus, maar als getalenteerde schoolverlater kan je zeker je kans wagen.
- Je voelt je thuis in de non-profit sector en hebt kennis van (of nog beter) een flinke nieuwsgierigheid naar klassieke muziek en cultuur in het algemeen.
- Je hebt evenveel oog voor het visuele als Anna Wintour voor de nieuwste fashion trends: je weet wat prikkelt als beeld en wat doet afknappen.
- Je voelt je als Alice/of Alex in wonderland in de wereld van social en digital media.
- Je werkt efficiënt en nauwgezet zonder the bigger picture te verliezen
- Je werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig, maakt je eigen planning maken en neemt creatief initiatief
- Je communiceert duidelijk, respectvol, je bent proactief, positief en flexibel ingesteld;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en vlot Nederlands; flinke kennis van het Frans is een bonus
