Wat verwachten we van jou? 

Je beheert onze social mediastrategie. Wat houdt dit in? Je creëert content en voert een communicatieplan uit dat de bekendheid, de bereikbaarheid, de interactie en finaal onze corporate reputatie versterkt. Je bepaalt jouw doelgroepen, past de content hierop aan en kiest het gepaste kanaal (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, …). Je overweegt het nut van advertenties en analyseert het resultaat. Je bent mee met de laatste trends en updates en stuurt jouw communicatieplan eventueel bij.

Je werkt binnen het departement Externe Communicatie & Reputatie maar je bent voortdurend in contact met andere departementen waarvoor je de social mediastrategie coördineert; waaronder HR (Employer Branding), Digitale Communicatie (website), Project Communicatie en het communicatieteam van onze Duitse collega’s bij 50Hertz. Je bent ook lid van het crisiscommunicatieteam dat geactiveerd wordt bij een incident of een reputatierisico. 

Na publicatie monitor en analyseer je het resultaat. Je rapporteert en doet voorstellen om de kwaliteit en de impact van de digitale communicatie te verbeteren. 

Jouw profiel

Wie zoeken we? 

Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie, digitale media of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar) in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur binnen de energiesector of een aanverwante industrie. Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van de verschillende sociale mediaplatformen. Je kunt aantoonbare resultaten voorleggen in contentcreatie en community-management. Je schrijft goed en graag. Je kunt moeilijke materie omzetten naar begrijpbare en vlot te lezen teksten. Je kan makkelijk hoofd- van bijzaak onderscheiden en durft vragen stellen zodat je de context en het onderwerp volledig begrijpt.  Je hebt ervaring met het evalueren (data-analyse) van resultaten zodat je de social mediaprestaties kunt rapporteren en optimaliseren. Je kan ook voorbeelden tonen van social media-advertenties waarmee je jouw doelstellingen hebt bereikt. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een creatief oog voor het ontwikkelen van interessante sociale mediacontent. Je spreekt en schrijft bij voorkeur Nederlands, Frans én Engels. Eén van deze talen is jouw moedertaal.  We zoeken een collega die positief in het leven staat, een groepsspeler is en voor elk probleem met een oplossing komt. Omdat je altijd met anderen werkt, ben je heel klantgericht en investeer je veel tijd in coördineren en aligneren. Eens jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheid zijn gedefinieerd, kan je werken in grote zelfstandigheid. Bij twijfel koppel je steeds terug naar de betrokken collega’s en/of jouw verantwoordelijke manager. Je bent stressbestendig en heel flexibel bij een crisis.

Salaris: Competitief loonpakket, representatievergoeding, eindejaarspremie, dubbel vakantiegeld, maaltijdcheques (€8 per werkdag), ecocheques, sport & cultuur cheques, bonussen op basis van individuele en collectieve resultaten.  Verzekering: Groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering, verzekering voor ambulante zorgen voor het gezin alsook een ongevallenverzekering privéleven.  Vakantie: Je hebt recht op 20 verlofdagen en 5 compensatieverlofdagen, 6 lokale dagen, 4 kaderdagen (na 1 jaar in dienst) en tot maximum 5 anciënniteitsdagen (1 dag per 3 jaar in dienst).  Sociaal fonds: Sinterklaas -en eindejaarcheques, premie voor geboorte of huwelijk, en bij de aanschaf van een bril, gebitsprothese of andere soortgelijke behoeften vergoeden we een deel van de kosten.  Communicatie: Je ontvangt een iPhone met abonnement (ook voor privégebruik), terugbetaling internet en laptop.  PC privé plan: een ter beschikking gesteld budget per 3 jaar voor PC/tablet met software & randapparatuur voor privégebruik.  Kortingen: Je geniet 30% korting op je gas- en elektriciteitsrekening.  Mobiliteit: We bieden je een bedrijfswagen en openbaar vervoer of mobiliteitsbudget  Elia aandelen: Elia biedt je de mogelijkheid om in te schrijven op aandelen met een korting van 16.66% op de gemiddelde koers van het aandeel.
