**About our role**:
Our client is a leading banking and insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Social Media Expert. In this role, you will play a fundamental role in delivering upon their content and brand strategy by producing content that increases the brand image and develops social thought leadership
**What you will be doing**:
Focus on business and brand content for the company pages.
You will play a fundamental role in delivering upon their content and brand strategy by producing content that increases the brand image and develops social thought leadership
Plan, create and deliver professional and engaging social content (post, images, video, reels ) with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X.
You either work with agencies to develop content assets or create low-cost assets in-house.
Support and execute the social media strategy, in line with the objectives and data insights.
Identify and react timely to tactical opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and source impactful content and ensure coherence throughout all touchpoints.
Create and/or advise on new ways to deliver messaging through social media content.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and make recommendations to increase the engagement of audiences. You would also be provided with trainings and events to keep you updated.
Support the inbound social media (customer service) team with community management expertise when needed.
Monitor and analyse sentiment on the platforms.
**What you bring**:
Experience in social media, working in an agency or in-house.
Proven track record of managing social pages for brands and delivering a content calendar and assets upon a content strategy.
Very good working knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X and are aware of the opportunities lying in TikTok and YouTube.
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Bring creative ideas
Strong copywriting and editing skills in either French or Dutch and English.
You have experience with analytics software and metrics in order to drive the social media equity.
Experience in crisis management is a plus.
Experience in working agile and using collaborative tools (Wrike) is a plus.
**The offer**:
