WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Accommodations & Wellbeing Analyst, part of Total Rewards Solutions, for the Belgium team. This new role will focus on Nike employees who, due to medical and/or other problems, need extra support in the workplace. The Accommodations & Wellbeing Analyst will take care of accommodation and reintegration cases by seeking appropriate approach and solutions working in close partnership with employees, leadership, and collaborators. Both legislation of the Belgian government and the Nike guidelines are leading in this work.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?
- In consultation with various partners implement the reintegration policy for long-term sick employees at Nike ELC.
- Developing guidelines and tools to put policy into practice.
- Preparing and following up of the Cross-Med-Meetings (cross functional meetings in which medical accommodation & reintegration cases are discussed).
- Advising and training of the ELC leadership in reintegration policy and medical accommodation procedures
- Discuss and follow-up of medical accommodation cases with the occupational physician and the managers involved.
- Building connection with HR business partners and leadership in finding solutions for medical accommodations.
- Handling requests from employees with an urgent need for adaptation of their working conditions.
- Giving advice and, where required, referring requests for psychological support to the appropriate help channels.
- Logging individual cases in Nike HR case management system (SNOW) and performing analyses based on SNOW data.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?

You work in close contact with the ER team, HR colleagues (HR direct, HR coaches and HRBPs), business leadership and our external prevention and health partners of Mensura.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven professional experience in an HR function, preferably in an international business context or expertise in an external company providing reintegration or sickness consultation
- Specialist knowledge of sickness legislation, medical accommodations, reintegration policy in the Belgian market. Basic knowledge of psychological well-being channels.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in high stress situations.
- Independent, accurate, and careful handling of confidential information.
- Strong partner leadership skills working with different team members in a multi-disciplinary and international environment.
- Ability to work with remote colleagues, by using different communication and collaborations channels.
- Experience in training delivery and in participating in HR projects
