Gérer des systèmes de réservations de chaque compagnie;
Gérer le fond de caisse et clôture;
Encaisser des excédents;
Renseigner et aider au mieux les passagers selon les procédures des compagnies aériennes;
Renseigner les agents check-in en cas de questions sur des réservations de passagers
Gérer des passagers ayant des vols annulés et/ou retardés
Profil recherchéAu minimum un CESS;
Profil axé service clientèle;
Connaissances des langues de conversation suivantes : le français, l’anglais et le néerlandais;
Connaissances des logiciels informatiques de réservation des compagnies aériennes est un plus;
Pro-activité et flexibilité ;
Bon esprit d’équipe;
Résistance au stress;
Sens des priorités
