**We are happy to hear from you if you have**:

- ITIL V4 Foundation in IT Service Management certification(s) or higher;
- Basic knowledge of the change and release process (Based on ITIL v3/v4: Test

phase, pilot phase, implementation phase)
- Basic Experience / understanding of SCCM or Ivanti (software deployment,

patch management, Remote control)
- Basic knowledge / understanding Troubleshooting and management of GPO
- Windows 10 environment Troubleshooting and management:
functionality (Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Office )
- Basic understanding of DHCP / DNS / TCP/IP / VPN / firewall
- Basic Experience / understanding with Powershell scripting (able to

understand the basics for Powershell code and adapt if needed)
- Basic Troubleshooting and maintaining printing environment (installation of

drivers and create print queues and manage print servers)
- Ability to write technical notes in English
