**Job Description**:
**What are your responsibilities?**
- You provide coaching to teams on all agile aspects, including the delivery teams and the business teams.
- You can adapt to any agile framework (Kanban, Scrum, ScrumBan,)
- You guide the development, analysis, and testing teams on working in a collaborative and iterative way, focusing on business value delivery
- You can provide trainings, both external and internal and be part of an agile community
- You are able to help develop metrics to show the progress of the delivery teams

**Qualifications**:
**Job requirements**
- Must have:

- Knowledge on various Agile frameworks
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Change management - drive change towards an agile mindset
- Nice to have:

- Agile Portfolio management
- Scaled Agile experience (SAFe, Nexus )
- Certified Scrum Master or equal through experience
- Fluent in English with Dutch and/or French (knowledge of one of the national language is mandatory)
