Who are we looking for?
Your Responsibilities
You will be liaising with different Business Managers to determine recruitment needs.
You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles.
You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.
You will actively participate in Campus recruitment, optimizing the referral process, implementing employer branding campaigns and testing out new tools and best practices to improve our recruitment strategy.
You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.
Your Profile
Experience in recruitment
Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.
Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants.
Energetic, driven and a real team player.
Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset.
Fluent in English AND Dutch with a good understanding of the other national language.
