We are currently looking for a talented **Talent Acquisition Manager (NL/FR/ENG) **to support and accelerate our growth in Belgium.
**What will your new challenge look like?**
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will inspire our company with your vision on talent attraction. You will build the talent acquisition strategy for our activities in Belgium in co-creation with the different Unit leaders and you will guide the talent acquisition team towards excellence. Your role will be crucial in our growth.
The current team is composed of six experienced recruiters (Françoise, Andreea, Marie, Bob, Haik and Laurent). You will report directly to the HR Director (Sophie) and you will work closely with all leaders in the organization, including the Sales and Marketing organization.
**What will be your key responsibilities ?**
- Define the recruiting strategy, design and implement a scalable and cutting edge recruiting plan for our activities in Belgium for each of our activities (Cyber Security, Cloud development, Cloud engineering, Cloud Architecture, Data & AI, etc)
- Understand, influence and act upon hiring trends and market availability to attract and hire the best talents the market has to offer
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of our strategy & drive operational excellence to support the team’s rapid growth
- Lead improvement in systems and processes to make our recruitment process always more innovative and efficient
- Support & shape our employer branding in close collaboration with our Marketing Team
- Help grow a diverse & sustainable workplace
- Inspire, grow and nurture a team of recruiting professionals, providing mentorship & coaching, guidance and career development to members of your team
- Align the team’s work against the recruiting needs and share operational best practices in order to learn from each other
- Be an inspiration towards the company leaders, inspiring and guiding hiring managers and stakeholders in our attraction path.

- You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
- You have built a solid experience in the full recruitment cycle and experience
- You have experience with managing people both directly and/or indirectly
- You have proven the ability to build effective partnerships internally
- You have strong influencing skills and the capacity of driving solutions across multiple functions
- You have strong organizational skills, the capacity to structure plans based on data and you are systematic in your approach
- You have excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills.
- You are creative, proactive and you like to think out of the box.

- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
