Voor onze klant, een grote speler in de luxe sector zijn we op zoek naar een Adjunct-directeur voor het verkooppunt in Brussel.
**Jouw uitdaging**
Als Adjunct-directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationele en administratieve beheer van je verkooppunt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van je team om de gestelde doelen te bereiken. Je zorgt ervoor dat de criteria voor kwaliteit van service, verkoop, onderhoud en productiviteit wordt voldaan.
- Je hebt een voorbeeldfunctie voor je team en bent het referentiepunt voor het runnen van de winkel.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren, organiseren en begeleiden van je personeel naar duidelijke doelstellingen.
- Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling van uw medewerkers om hen te kunnen helpen evolueren binnen de structuur en hen autonoom te maken in overeenstemming met de procedures van het bedrijf.
- Je maakt je personeel bewust van het belang van het aanbieden van kwaliteitsproducten en een aangename omgeving (netheid, sfeer,....).
- Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat je je klanten een onberispelijke service krijgen.
- Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten van de klantenservice.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de verkoopdoelstellingen worden gehaald door klantenbinding op te bouwen.
- Je stelt actieplannen voor om de nevenverkoop te ontwikkelen en voert deze uit.
- Je analyseert en becommentarieert wekelijks je prestatie-indicatoren, zodat je op koers blijft met je omzet
- en productiviteitsdoelstellingen en deze samen met je team beheert.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurigheid van de kassa's.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van uw verkooppunt.

- Je bent een hands-on persoon
- Je bent flexibel en creatief en kunt omgaan met het onverwachte
- Door je dynamiek, leiderschap en vermogen om mensen samen te brengen ben je een uitstekende manager
- Je bent nauwgezet, georganiseerd en positief
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt graag met cijfers en prestatie-indicatoren
- Kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid zijn uw prioriteiten
- Je spreekt Nederlands en je hebt commerciële vaardigheden in het Frans en Engels
- Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools en IT
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
