**Brand & Communication strategist**:
**King George is een creatief agentschap met hoofdbureau in een voormalige tapijtenfabriek in Sint-Niklaas - met awardwinning eigen café - en kantoor in Amsterdam. King George staat bekend om haar creatieve aanpak op vlak van campagne
- en merkactivatie, PR, digital marketing, interior design, graphic en web design. Met klanten als o.a. Nestlé, Quick-Step, Barbecook, Levis enz. blinken alle King George-projecten uit in eigenzinnigheid en effectiviteit.**
**Onze Mad Creative Agency groeit voortdurend en daarom zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe member of the Royal Household: een Brand & Communication Strategist voor in ons hoofdkantoor in Sint-Niklaas. Staat jouw royal horse binnenkort in de stables van King George?**
**Je functie bestaat uit volgende domeinen**:

- **Marketingstrategie**

Je bent een proactieve en enthousiaste marketeer die de consumer journey van verschillende merken (van kmo’s tot internationale spelers) mee ontwikkelt en begeleidt. Je verdiept jezelf in de merken en consumenten van onze klanten en gaat in functie van het project samen op zoek met de klant naar de merkdoelgroepen, merkpositionering, merk USP’s
- **Activatie
- & communicatiestrategie**

Je bedenkt 360° marketingplannen en durft daar jouw eigen ongezouten portie creativiteit aan toevoegen. Je bent thuis in alle marketing assets en kent de weg binnen de digitale marketing. Klanten omverblazen door strategieën te maken die laten zien hoe je als merk branded content, PR, social media, influencer marketing, graphic & web designop de beste manier in kan zetten.
- **New Business**

Je helpt bestaande klanten met hun marketingopportuniteiten, maar ook nieuwe klanten & prospecten via salesgesprekken en bezoeken. Dat doe je vooral door goed te luisteren en je heel snel in de business van de klant in te leven. Zo bouw jij samen met de Founder/CEO aan de groei van de business.
- **Project Management**

Je stuurt interne teams aan om goedgekeurde strategische (marketing)plannen te implementeren. Je volgt actief mee op en zorgt dat doelen behaald worden. Aangenaam teamwork staat daarbij centraal, net als een uitmuntende dienstverlening naar de klant.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt ervaring in on
- en offline marketingcommunicatie
- Je hebt een grote affiniteit voor lifestyle, design en interieur.
- Je hebt commercieel inzicht, een flinke dosis analytisch vermogen en voelt je thuis in een klantgerichte organisatie. Je energie haal je uit het behalen van ‘best in class’-resultaten.
- Presenteren doe je met het nodige zelfvertrouwen en enthousiasme.
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor data(analyse) en aarzelt niet om daar grondig gebruik van te maken bij de ontwikkeling van strategieën en briefings.
- Je bent een meester in planning en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je bent sterk in het Nederlands, maar ook in het Frans en het Engels.
