As an Events and Communications Officer, you'll be working in the vibrant and fast-paced Telenet Business division, which focuses on serving our B2B customers. Join our marketing tribe and become part of a small, dynamic team responsible for content marketing, events, and brand activation. You'll collaborate closely with segment marketers, digital marketers, and digital developers to deliver exceptional experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing overall events logistics support
- Independently coordinating small-scale events
- Managing marketing stock and branded goods
- Assisting with team administration, including budget tracking, creating purchase orders, and team activity planning
- Managing team documentation
- Coordinating hospitality activities
- Consolidating input for team reports
Our ideal colleague possesses the following qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills and exceptional organizational abilities
- A strong desire to learn and grow within events management or communications
- Proficiency in both written and design skills
- Digital-native with a good command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of PowerPoint or design tools is a plus
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including segment marketing, online development, and sales
- A team player who embraces change and adapts quickly
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English
