**For our client, a worldwide leader in the real estate sector, HAYS SALES is currently looking for two ambitious Account Managers to join their sales team and increase the market shares.**

In the position of Account Manager, you are responsible for increasing the market shares of an existing retail buildings portfolio. You are responsible of the commercial follow-up and the development of the existing client portfolio. Thanks to your market knowledge, you are able to source and develop new business opportunities. You act like a mentor and a real advisor for your clients. You are responsible to target potential occupiers and organise active prospection campaigns; to negotiate and prepare leases and sales on behalf of your clients. You are responsible for the following regions: Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant and Brussels area.
