**Your new job**
As a Key Account Manager your main responsibility is to maximize the sales of the assigned product portfolio, according to the division targets, company guidelines and regulations, in order to achieve the best results. To do so, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with current existing retail customers (Farming Sales). Your responsibility is also to negotiate the price, terms, conditions and marketing activities for increasing the sell in/Sell out. Your job is to develop the new retail channel to introduce products and to sell in. Therefore, you will be attending events of the company or accounts in order to represent the company, to give product information and to maintain a strong relationship with the accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will also forecast monthly sales and manage the sales data. Your task will be to create clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process. Based on the sales reports and performance indicators, you will create an action plan for each Partner in relation to the company’s objectives. Plus, you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.
