**Position Summary**

As a new Key account Manager within the Nestlé world, you will discover new challenges and new opportunities contributing to these ambitions. You will be responsible for the Garden Gourmet brand for a portfolio of customers on the Belux Market.

You will be welcomed by the enthusiast team members and by integrating the Nestlé family discover a wide range of opportunities at short and at long term.

**A day in the life of a Key Account Manager
- Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
- Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
- Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
- Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
- Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

**What will make you successful
- You speak Dutch and English fluently, ideally with a professional knowledge of French.
- At least a bachelor in Sales, marketing or management. Ideally a master's degree in a relevant field for this role.
- At least 3-4 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Category Development experience with a CPG, distributor or retail operations.
- You are analytical, can work autonomously and shows creativity when it comes to developing your business: leads the given customers and projects but looks also for new opportunities or new customers (for instance Hard Discount, E-commerce...)
