Our client, an international law firm based in Brussels, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. This company places great importance on teamwork and mutual assistance. Thanks to the international presence of this prestigious law firm, you will have the opportunity to interact with different nationalities and cultures.
**Your responsibilities**
**Your profile**
You have a previous experience in recruitment. You are fluent in English, combined with proficiency in one of the two national languages, and have a very good command of the other. It is a plus if you have knowledge of the academic world and are familiar with important universities in Belgium. This multinational company is seeking someone detail-oriented, efficient, and communicative.
**What the client offers**
This law firm offers a very attractive salary of up to €4500/month, depending on your experience. This competitive salary is supplemented with a range of interesting fringe benefits, such as meal vouchers, health insurance, group insurance, reimbursement of transport costs, and a performance bonus. There is a possibility of obtaining a company car (this is negotiable based on your profile). You will have flexible working hours and the option to work from home. You will work 40 hours per week and have 32 days of leave. In this work environment, you will have a lot of development opportunities.
