Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, specializes in the distribution of licensed children's apparel (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren ) across Europe.

The company has experienced rapid growth since its inception and already has over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both in wholesale, working with major specialized or multi-brand retailers, and in retail, through our in-store corners in department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you buy children’s apparel (ages 0-7 for Nike and 0-16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether it’s in-store, online, in France, Romania, or any other European country, the product in your hands has passed through our hands even if you bought it in a Nike or Levi’s store

To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a **Key Account Manager**

**YOUR MISSIONS**:
As part of the Haddad Brands Europe sales team in France and reporting to the Sales Director, the team member will be fully involved in developing the Lacoste Kids and Polo Ralph Lauren (Loungewear) brands.

**SALES DIMENSION**:

- Expand the reach of our brands, segment, and products within key accounts and multi-brand children's and fashion retailers, adhering to a strategy of qualitative and selective distribution.
- Define and implement tailored business plans aligned with the strategy and sales objectives provided for all accounts, incorporating revenue and margin KPIs.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis on key accounts to monitor and negotiate the commercial terms offered.
- Negotiate commercial terms with partners within the optimized framework set by the Sales Management.
- Present seasonal collections and capsule collections in showrooms
- Conduct in-store visits to partner accounts.
- Engage in business prospecting.

**STRATEGIC DIMENSION**:

- Manage and develop leading brands in the lifestyle sportswear sector.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to the Merchandising Planning and product teams to align market needs with collection development, respecting brand strategy.
- Serve as the central point of contact among various support functions within the scope (coordination with accounting, customer service, IT, etc.)

**TECHNICAL DIMENSION**:

- Participate in the creation and/or optimization of SELL IN tools.
- Track orders and manage system integration (Salesforce).

**PROFILE SOUGHT**:

- You have one or more successful experiences in the Premium Lifestyle Fashion sector.
- You are organized, proactive, and autonomous.
- You thrive on challenges and are committed to achieving your goals.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) is required.
