Het **Data Governance en Transformatie team** is samen met de databoard verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de datastrategie. We ontwikkelen binnen ons data governance framework nieuwe data capabilities en bouwen stap voor stap onze target data architectuur verder uit. Welke data requirements zijn nodig en worden deze ook wel effectief gerealiseerd?

Om onze scope verder uit te breiden en te verbeteren, zijn we op zoek naar een **teamleider van het Data Governance & Quality team **dat bestaat uit een aantal Data Governance Consultants.

Als teamleider ondersteun je de Chief Data Officer bij het bepalen van de data strategie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **uitbouwen van het data governance framework** als key enabler van de transformatie. Data organisatie, glossary en metadata management, data classificatie, data quality management en rapportbeheer zijn een aantal belangrijke pijlers van dit framework.

Je voert een jaarlijks data maturiteit assessment uit in samenwerking met de data board leden. De resultaten hiervan zijn bepalend voor de **jaarlijkse roadmap** die je voorstelt om de **uitrol van het data governance framework** te garanderen.

Je staat in voor de realisatie van deze roadmap waarbij een gevarieerde set van activiteiten aan bod komen:

- In samenwerking met de data governance consultants vertaal je dit framework in processen en guidelines en bepaal je best practices. Je ondersteunt het team bij het uitrollen hiervan zowel bij business als IT.
- Je staat in voor het selecteren van tools die vereist zijn om de data governance & data quality een concrete en voor de bank geschikte invulling te geven en ondersteunt hun implementatie.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige tijdstippen over de vooruitgang van de diverse data governance & data quality activiteiten en optimiseert waar nodig.
- Je hebt een sturende rol bij het uitvoeren van data-gedreven initiateven en projecten, zowel inhoudelijk als projectmatig.
- Je zorgt voor een continue en succesvolle promotie van de datamaturiteit en -cultuur binnen de bank, waarbij een brede betrokkenheid gegarandeerd wordt. Je bevordert en coördineert de interactie en samenwerking tussen de verschillende datarollen, door het creëren van data communities.
- Je volgt marktevoluties en wijzigingen in de datawetgeving op en brengt deze onder de aandacht van de data board. Je stelt evoluties in het data governance framework voor waar relevant.
- Je neemt een coördinerende rol op bij het opstellen van de data governance & quality gerelateerde rapportering voor de regelgever.
**Profiel
- Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak, liefst in een economische, analytische of IT-richting.
- Je hebt een professionele ervaring van minimum 5 jaar met data governance, data strategy, data management en/of quality;
- Kennis van conceptuele data modelling en datawetgevingen zoals BCBS239 is een belangrijk pluspunt;
- Data en analytics zijn je passie: je houdt van een uitdaging en wil mee evolueren naar een data driven organisatie die informatie optimaal omzet in value;
- Je houdt ervan om op strategisch niveau mee te denken en verstaat tegelijk de kunst om conceptuele kaders te vertalen naar concrete processen, procedures en systemen;
- Interactie met anderen geeft je energie. Je gaat grondig te werk en je bent vlot in communiceren met een zekere overtuigingskracht. Hierdoor maak je gemakkelijk contact met oa. stakeholders en win je hun vertrouwen als adviseur;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en trekt je plan op professioneel vlak in het Frans en Engels.
- Je bent communicatief, analytisch en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent constructief-kritisch, waarbij je het groter geheel ziet en een visie kunt vormen over de manier waarop we als bank in de toekomst met data om moeten gaan.
- Je bent sterk geïnteresseerd in de opportuniteiten die de evoluties op het vlak van data met zich meebrengen, en kan anderen vlot overtuigen om mee te stappen in dit verhaal.
