Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Marketing Manager B2B**

**Function**:
As the **Marketing Manager B2B** you will create, implement, evaluate and optimize a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for our offering across the different business lines towards companies and organizations. You will closely collaborate with the business lines and with the other members of the marketing team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and implement the marketing and communication strategy in coordination with the Business Lines to drive awareness, customer acquisition, cross
- and upselling;
- Develop an innovative and compelling value proposition to effectively position AMS in the B2B market;
- Coordinate the execution of marketing plans and multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish;
- Work with internal marketing stakeholders to guide the creative direction for all marketing activities;
- Develop objectives to meet the sales & marketing targets
- Identify target customers and develop marketing plans to deliver on the needs of the customer portfolio;
- Fuel and support marketing automation, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads;
- Improve performance in new business lead generation, client retention, etc to optimize the marketing & sales funnel;
- Set-up and define action plans to improve (internal) marketing processes;
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly;
- Work with marketing partners, B2B business lines to achieve the B2B objectives;
- Connect with AMS corporate partners to co-create B2B initiatives;
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development;
- Establish budget guidelines starting from market needs;
- Manage the B2B marketing budget together with your internal business clients.

**Profile**:

- You have 5+ years relevant marketing experience in B2B marketing;
- You possess an extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
- You are proficient in online inbound marketing and social media strategy (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
- You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
- You are data
- and result-driven;
- You combine a strong commercial feeling with an interest in B2B;
- You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
- You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
- You have a Master’s degree in Marketing or similar fields;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
