De directie informatiesystemen van Smart zorgt voor de ontwikkeling, de evolutie en het technologische onderhoud van onze coöperatie. Een van de afdelingen binnen de directie is de afdeling Product. Ze staat in voor de kwaliteit van het IT-product van Smart, door een grondige kennis te ontwikkelen van de functionaliteiten, het gebruik en de strategische ambities waaraan het moet voldoen.
Je valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de directrice informatiesystemen. Dit zijn je belangrijkste opdrachten en kerntaken.

**Functiebeschrijving****:
**Belangrijkste opdrachten**
- Begrijpen, analyseren en beschrijven welke behoeften de evolutie of exploitatie van het IT-systeem rechtvaardigen.
- Concepten en beroepsprocessen begrijpen, analyseren en beschrijven.
- De evolutie van die processen en de impact ervan identificeren en modelleren.
**Kerntaken**:
Op het vlak van samenwerking en organisatie:
- Workshops organiseren om vragen en behoeften te verduidelijken;
- Bepalen wat er van de systemen wordt verwacht en wat de impact is op bestaande concepten en processen;
- De aanvragers en gebruikers en de IT op elkaar afstemmen voor een goed begrip van de behoefte;
- Samenwerken met de producteigenaars (PO) om de vraag in productstappen op te delen;
- Samenwerken met de PO, tech leads en functionele analisten om te kiezen welke oplossing wordt toegepast en de behoeften van aanvragers en gebruikers te begrijpen.
Wat betreft content en technische aspecten:
- Bepalen op wie een aanvraag van toepassing is;
- Beschrijven en verduidelijken wat de operationele, wettelijke regels van de aanvragers en gebruikers zijn om ze in de oplossing toe te passen;
- De behoeften, processen en systemen vastleggen;
- Bepalen welke functionaliteiten gebruikers verwachten;
- De voorgestelde oplossingen aftoetsen met de PO om een kwaliteitsvol antwoord te kunnen bieden op een probleem;
- Er met de PO op toezien dat elk increment overeenstemt met de vraag van de aanvragers en gebruikers.
**Profiel****:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van loonbeheer, de sociale wetgeving en boekhouding;
- Je hebt kennis van bedrijfsbeheer, personeelsbeheer, statistieken, marketing en financiën;
- Je hebt vergelijkbare ervaring als Business Analyst in een onderneming van dezelfde omvang en beheerst het concept agile;
- Je kunt alle deelnemers aan een project motiveren;
- Je hebt ervaring met de leiding van workshops;
- Je beheerst informatica
- en samenwerkingstools, met inbegrip van Office 365;
- Je beheerst IT-tools zoals ticketsystemen, databases, tools om informatie te bewaren of te extraheren, programmeer
- en ontwikkelingstools;
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden in het Frans en het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je hebt goede luistervaardigheden, bent communicatief en een geboren onderhandelaar en diplomaat;
- Je hebt zin voor organisatie en kan nauwgezet en zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent creatief, nieuwsgierig en open-minded;
- Je werkt graag in een team en bent een echte autodidact;
- Je beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen;
- Je bent stressbestendig.
