**About the role**
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in coordinating the daily functions of the office. You will be assisting the Office Manager with a broad range of topics, including assistance to HR, monitoring the Workplace Experience team & guiding the Attorney Support Assistants. Other key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Office Manager to oversee communication with building management, this Includes monitoring the Workplace Experience/Managed Services team on a day to day basis regarding facility issues.
- Supporting and monitoring the daily activities of the Workplace Experience team.
- Making recommendations and assisting to interviews (when appropriate) regarding hiring, training and counselling temporary
- Coordinating shift activities, work flow, daily functions, backup coverage of staff to ensure the office’s and firm
- s objectives in those areas are met timely and accurately.
- Liaising between the Attorney Support Assistants and the Office Manager; attending monthly ASA meetings and provide assistance for additional requests for support.
