**Mission**

As an Indirect Procurement Administrator, you are responsible for the administration of all procurement activities and provide support to the Buyers in their daily tasks and recurring activities. You will report to the Procurement Manager.

**Challenges we will trust you with**

You will be based in LLN and you will work with several services within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain department (MSC department)
- Ensure the administrative management of contracts with our service providers including contracts preparation, internal validation, follow-up with internal/external stakeholders, signature, archiving.
- Support Buyers in drafting, sending and follow-up of Request for Information (RFI) / Proposal (RFP) / Quotation (RFQ) to our external partners.
- Standardize templates and working documents based on the guidelines of Buyers
- Ensure the procurement administration and follow-up : Assign Purchase Requests, create Purchase Orders, follow up orders confirmation and deliveries, follows up payment process and maintain procurement database
- Manage supplier’s day to day contacts and manage claims against suppliers for unsatisfactory materials or equipment
- Ensure the administration of invoice dispute management and Purchase Order regularization in SAP
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal customers (planning, manufacturing, customer service, R&D,...)

**What we value**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Good communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Solid organizational skills and great communication skills
- You are accurate and good with numbers
