My client is the market leader in Belgium in monitoring and analyzing brand media data for communication and marketing professionals. We provide brand intelligence solutions to enable companies to understand their media impact, improve the evolution of their image, or compare it to their competitors. Thanks to a clever mix of expertise and intelligent algorithms, we make sense of the media and help companies achieve their strategic objectives.

**Your Challenge**:
Within the Tech department of my client in Brussels, the Tech Lead will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Developing new products for both internal and external clients with clear ownership over the whole lifecycle, including unit/integration tests and documentation.
- Defining and implementing continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and Release Management strategy.
- Researching emerging technologies, assessing their applicability to our organization, and managing their implementation.
- Providing daily technical coaching to the team and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Enforcing best practices and standards based on our guidelines.
- Adopting scalable and agile development methodologies.

**Your Profile**:

- You have a master's degree in IT with at least 5 years of IT experience or equal by experience.
- You have very good knowledge of C# and ASP.Net with MVC frameworks (.Net Core...). Experience in Python is a plus.
- You have good knowledge of micro-services, docker, and Kubernetes.
- You have knowledge of SOAP and Rest API.
- You have experience in CI and CD. Experience in Azure Cloud management is a plus.
- You have experience with relational databases (MS SQL and postGreSQL). Experience in NoSQL databases is a plus.
- You are eager to work with and learn different technologies to choose the best one for the job. Experience in AI and machine learning is a plus.
- You have attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- You are a team player and client

- You have good communication skills and are proficient in French. Knowledge of English and Dutch is a plus.
