Voor onze klant, een **welbekende onderneming** die gespecialiseerd is in het **organiseren van verschillende happenings **en gevestigd is in **Gent**, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Business & Financial Controller**.
**Functieomschrijving**
- Je bent als Business & Financial Controller verantwoordelijk voor het **opstellen en coördineren van de rapporteringen** naar de directie, de **forecast**, de **budgettering **en de opmaak van het **bedrijfsplan**.
- Je staat verantwoordelijk voor de **opmaak en berekening van de commissieplannen en bonusplannen **van de medewerkers.
- Je verzorgt de **opmaak van de investeringsanalyses** en je gebruikt je financiële kennis en ervaring om de **financiële haalbaarheid** van investeringen te beoordelen.
- Je staat in voor de **analyse van verschillende gegevens **van de departementen en je gebruikt deze informatie om de **bedrijfsprestaties te verbeteren**.
- Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het **implementeren en opvolgen van zowel bestaande als nieuwe prestatie-indicatoren**.
- Je gebruikt je financiële expertise om **processen te analyseren en te optimaliseren** en je **biedt strategische financiële input **om collega’s en managers te helpen de beste beslissingen te nemen.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een **afgeronde Bachelor
- of Masteropleiding **in een economische richting, zoals Handelswetenschappen, TEW, of een aanverwante discipline.
- Je hebt **mínimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de financiële sector**, waarvan mínimaal 2 jaar in een controlling functie binnen een business.
- Je bent een **expert in Excel **en je kunt dit programma gebruiken om complexe financiële analyses uit te voeren.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de **Nederlandse en Engelse taal**. Kennis van het **Frans **is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een **scherpe analytische blik** en je bent in staat om **complexe financiële informatie** te **begrijpen**, te **interpreteren **en te **communiceren**.
- Je bent **geduldig en begripvol **in je omgang met anderen. Je bent **diplomatiek **en kunt **conflicten **op een constructieve manier oplossen.
- Je staat open om zich te **verplaatsen naar andere plaatsen** om er de bedrijfsvoering te evalueren en te leren van de ervaringen.
