Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- We zijn op zoek naar een Corporate Strategy - ESG expert om onze dienst Corporate Strategy te versterken- De Corporate Strategy - ESG expert werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams en de stafdienst Corporate Strategy van NMBS die verantwoordelijk is voor ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Corporate Strategy - ESG expert heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bereidt NMBS voor op haar ESG-verplichtingen (Environmental, Social and Governance) in overeenstemming met de Europese CSRD-richtlijn, de Taxonomie en alle toekomstige Europese wetgeving en de bijhorende teksten die de toepassing ervan regelen.
- Je werkt mee aan het definiëren en implementeren van de ESG-ambities van NMBS, in naam van de beheersorganen, rekening houdend met de strategische doelstellingen die zijn opgenomen in het Openbaredienstcontract, het Ondernemingsplan en de Meerjareninvesteringsplannen.
- Je draagt bij tot de (voortdurende) ontwikkeling van de ESG-reporting binnen NMBS in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken operationele afdelingen: je definieert de nodige processen in onderling overleg en verzekert de transversale coördinatie en nauwgezette opvolging ervan.
- Je bent betrokken bij het verzamelen, valideren en consolideren van de gegevens die nodig zijn voor de interne en externe reporting en bij het opstellen van het niet-financiële gedeelte van het jaarverslag.
- Je stelt regelmatig voortgangsverslagen op voor de beheersorganen van NMBS om de vooruitgang en prestaties van NMBS op de verschillende ESG-gebieden te meten. Je bereidt de documentatie en presentaties die hiervoor nodig zijn voor.
- Je volgt de trends en ontwikkelingen op het vlak van ESG en aanverwante thema's op de voet en denkt mee over de invoering van best practices binnen NMBS.
- Je staat mee in voor het stakeholdermanagement (interne en externe stakeholders van NMBS) en speelt een coördinerende rol.

- Je beschikt over de volgende competenties:
- Je hebt projectmanagement (PMO, dashboarding, reporting enz.) goed onder de knie.
- Je hebt minstens 7 jaar werkervaring in economische en financiële reporting of beheerscontrole/interne controle.
- Je bent tweetalig Frans-Nederlands en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels.
- Een basiskennis en -begrip van ESG-kwesties en de integratie van duurzaamheid in bedrijfsstrategieën en de uitvoering daarvan is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitstekende analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden
- Je werkt nauwgezet, proactief en gestructureerd.
- Je kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan veranderende prioriteiten.
- Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
