As a **corporate communication manager**, you will be part of the **Group Communication Team** (GCO) whose mission is to build & protect Proximus’ overall corporate reputation through external corporate communication channels to our different stakeholders and connect with the employees to increase their ambassadorship and satisfaction by informing and engaging them on corporate, business & strategic priorities.
Within **Group Communication**, you will join the **Platform and Corporate Communication team**. This team manages all corporate communication channels (WAP, corporate website, mailing, digital screens, corporate social media, digital events) and key corporate events (strategy cascades, financial results, Annual General Meetings, etc.).
As a **corporate communication manager**, your main responsibilities will include:
- **Strategy cascade**: for the domestic cascade you will play a key role in defining key messages, storyline (including videos), concept, creative approach, managing budget and choose partners and location accordingly. For the international strategy cascade, you will play a role of coordination to make sure all important aspects of a cascade are taken into account.
- **Quarterly results communication**: Lead the quarterly results communication for both domestic and international audiences. Define the key messages to share with employees through various channels (e.g., CEO video, all-employee meetings).
- **Annual General Meeting organization**: you will takethe lead in the organization of the Annual General Meeting, making sure all legal and communication requirements are fulfilled. You will prepare slides and speeches for speakers, oversee voting processes, ensure accurate translations, and ensure the streaming runs flawlessly.
- **Corporate communication planning**: Manage the short and mid-term corporate communication plan based on input from your GCO colleagues. Ensure all relevant stakeholders receive the right message through the appropriate channels at the right time. Based on numbers, you will also make recommendation on the best way to communication or changes needed in the communication approach
- **Corporate website content strategy**: Develop a content strategy for the corporate website, based on input from colleagues and your understanding of the reputation plan.
**Profile**
- You have **a minimum of five years of relevant experience** and a solid understanding of our company and the industry or similar roles externally.
- You possess **excellent communication and interpersonal skills** and can interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- You can **develop and defend a strategy and vision** to diverse audiences, including senior management (including Proximus Leadership Squad level).
- You are a **natural communicator** with strong knowledge of communication tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, social media. You are also eager to learn more about new technologies such as GenAi
- You thrive under pressure and can remain calm in **high-stress situations**.
- You excel at **coordinating complex projects**, involving multiple stakeholders, and delivering within tight deadlines.
- You are a **strong team player**, collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams and departments.
- You are **action-oriented **and are able to take the lead in projects by putting everyone around the table to collaborate together
- You are a real **bridge builder **and are able to make the link between different teams in the organization
- You have a **diplomatic approach** and excel at liaising with senior management
- You are **flexible** and can easily adapt to new circumstances.
- You have a good knowledge of **French, Dutch, and English**.
