This client delivers sustainability solutions and services to corporations, cities and government across the globe.
**JOB CONTENT**:
- You will report directly to the Communications Manager and closely collaborate with several HR teams;
- You are responsible for developing and implementing the internal communications strategy (as part of the overall communications strategy);
- You will keep up-to-date the development of a new internal communication platform, including working with IT and HR specialists on the integration into our existing systems;
- You will work with colleagues across the company to create attractive and suitable content;
- You will act as the link between the management and the employee population to communicate on organizational changes, business successes, internal campaigns, etc;
- You will assist the communication manager internal crisis communication matters;
- You will work on (internal and external) the development of a successful employer branding strategy together with HR.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:
- Master Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field is a must
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 5 years of experience in a professional environment
- Preferably experience in a large/complex corporate environment
- Experience in internal (HR) and external communication
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Native French or Dutch speaker, written and spoken;
- Excellent (near native) knowledge of French or Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- Excellent writing skills:
- capable of writing coherent, easy-to-understand and easy-to-read texts on complex topics;
- capable of writing about scientific topics in an easy and accessible way;
- capable of adapting the style according to the topic and the audience;
Structured approach, eye for detail and ability to manage deadlines;
- Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, but also comfortable working in a team environment;
Strong understanding and knowledge of the latest trends on social media and how to use it in a professional environment (particularly related to employer branding);
- Experience in website management, both content and website itself (CMS);
- Excellent O365 skills;
- Canva, Photoshop, suite adobe.
**OTHER SKILLS**:
- Experience in Graphic Design (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is an asset;
- Experience with organizing short video shoots;
- Basic technical understanding of IT concepts;
- HTML notions (for website maintenance).
