Internship Responsibilities:
To consolidate our dynamic HR team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated trainee capable of thinking and acting independently. Together with our colleagues, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for a dedicated population.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate job descriptions
- Active search through used systems
- CV screening and registration in CRM and company systems
- Work on the recruitment itself and think of ways to improve the process
- Participate in the onboarding process for a dedicated population
- Participate in different recruitment events (recruitment days, job fairs, etc.) and organise events to promote our services
Skills & Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- You are fluent in French, and you have professional skills in English, any other language is a plus
- You are motivated, ambitious, rigorous and analytical
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus
- You can start as soon as possible and stay with us for 2 to 6 months
